TRAINING PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT (ECVET)

WORK PLACEMENT IN TOURISM SECTOR

EUROPEA+FPM has an established network of more than 15 partner companies which allows us to secure placements for students in tourism sectors. Public and private organisations, associations, as well as non-profit organisations are all part of our local network. EUROPEA+FPM provide each project participant with an adequate work placement upon a thorough analysis of their studies and profile.

Trainee-company matching In order to choose the placements matching the trainees’ skills and expectations, EUROPEA+FPM analyse and match their profiles with the partner companies’ requirements on the basis of the following elements:

  • CV & Motivation Letter

WORK PLACEMENT IN TOURISM SECTOR

STUDY VISITS FOR TEACHING STAFF

EUROPEA+FPM prepare and deliver tailor-made study visits to Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain organisations and training centres.
Staff can take part in short study visits (1 – 6 weeks duration) to learn from their Spanish counterparts. The visit can contribute to their professional development and they will be able to learn new skills and ways of working to bring back to their own job.

STUDY VISITS FOR TEACHING STAFF

TUTORING & MONITORING

Project participants will be provided with the on-going tutoring & monitoring service.

  • Provision of Welcome Pack, including practical information about the city & training programme

  • Regular monitoring & evaluation visits to the trainees’ work placements

  • One-to-one sessions with the trainees to discuss their achievements

  • Provision of the evaluation sheets from the monitoring visits

  • 24/7 availability of the EUROPEA+FPM team in case of emergency

EMERGENCY

CERTIFICATION

To validate the acquired skills, the participants will receive, at the end of their placement/study visit, a complete proof of their participation in the project by means of several methods of recognition:

Our method
We use an interactive method of teaching based on learning by practising. That means that grammar is covered by using practical situations, so speaking and actively using the language is central.
 

Our teachers
They are all native Spanish qualified teachers with plenty of experience, trained with the latest teaching methods to motivate and stimulate our students in the process of learning a foreign language.

 

Subject Matter
Our tailor-made Spanish classes are mostly focused on the vocabulary and practical language that can be used by trainees during their work placement.
